Mr. Coleman is an attorney practicing primarily in the areas of appellate advocacy and First Amendment law. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, death row inmates, several monasteries and seminaries, New York Times bestselling authors, and governmental entities. He is one of the inaugural members of the SC Bar’s Wellness Commission, and he serves as the chairman of the South Carolina chapter of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy. Mr. Coleman is a Blackstone Legal Fellow, a Washington Fellow of the National Review Institute, and a graduate of the Leadership South Carolina class of 2015. He lives in Columbia, South Carolina with his wife, two sons, two Great Danes, and a Siamese cat.
